“ I would like to recognize Maham Zafar for her truly exceptional help and “over the top” Customer Service. We are going to conduct a series of fund drives for our organization. On Thursday, February 20, 2025 I drove over to pick up a red donation container. Part of the process is to register through the food bank, which includes filling out an electronic form provided by the Food Bank. I am really horrible at doing this type of activity on my phone. I do not have the patience. So Ms. Maham took the time and made the effort to go back into her office and retrieve her laptop. We then both sat in the lobby and she went ahead and registered me and my organization. After about five minutes. My organization was registered. I want to commend the very exceptional customer service given to me by Ms. Maham for taking time out of her day to represent her organization in the most profound way. I am very grateful. Thank you, Ms. Maham. ”
